Should I post this PKGBUILD?

I have been using a program called hnfapmon for a while now.  It is a two part program that requires a server running on one computer on your network, and a client can then run on any other machine.

The problem is the linux server currently isn't working.  I am running the server on a windows machine and can connect to the server with my linux boxes.

The client package is useful to people like me who can run the server on a windows machine, but useless to those who can't at the moment.

Should I post the client package only to AUR with an .install message explaining the situation for those unfortunate souls like me who have Hughes satellite internet or wait until the client and server both work on linux?
