Hello, I usually play games that need a lot of Essential Hotkeys like "Esc", "ALT+Click", and a lot of combinations. But my WM have all these keys binded, and I can't play well.
I can Execute a graphical application (like a Warcraft III) without any WM? Or there is a WM that don't have any hotkey binded (In KDE I have removed all hotkeys and works well, except "Esc" Key, and I need it fully for the game...

You could rebind everything your WM needs to the winkey. I'm using sithwm which does that by default and it's really nice.

openbox might suit you

If you start X with startx, you can just change your xinitrc to exec xterm instead of your window manager. From there you can start whatever games you want to play. This has the additional benefit of freeing up more RAM.

E17 has an option listed to turn off all key bindings. I haven't tried it though:
Configuration--> Configuration Panel--> Keyboard & Mouse--> Key Bindings--> Delete All
It also has button that I've never tried before called 'Restore Default Bindings'. This may be a very simple solution for you.
I'm running a very fresh CVS copy by the way.

X && exec wow.exe?

Thought you can just start the game you want directly instead of starting a term.

You could do that but starting with a term gives you the option of issueing commands, should you need to. You could also exit and restart the game without ending your X session.

I use Openbox and have all hotkey combinations that have to do with the wm (window management, launching programs, etc) use the Windows key. This idea was blatantly stolen from Awesome, if I remember correctly, but it works.

Well you could run different games this way without having to edit your .xinitrc file

Perhaps the best option is Ratpoison, since it works with an escape sequence (I don't know if that's the correct techincal term). In short, in order to trigger a command, you have to press Ctrl+t, and the the key for the command. For example, Ctrl+t and S, splits the screen into 2 frames. You can obviously rebind that key combination to the Winkey, and no keybinding will bother you.
