Convert B6T (blindwrite) image format to ISO

hi! i search a lot in google but cant find out how to convert a blindwrite image file to ISO standard

Files i have:
-rw-r--r--  1 aleyscha users 2147483648 2007-11-06 12:19 pro-cod4.B00
-rw-r--r--  1 aleyscha users 2147483648 2007-11-06 12:24 pro-cod4.B01
-rw-r--r--  1 aleyscha users  341147648 2007-11-06 12:25 pro-cod4.B02
-rwxr--r--  1 aleyscha users 2147483648 2007-11-06 12:15 pro-cod4.B6I
-rw-r--r--  1 aleyscha users       4966 2007-11-06 12:08 pro-cod4.B6T

i need to convert them to iso tongue but dont found a way to do that, i try open them with ultraiso with wine (because is the only app i found to can convert them) but when trying to open the file i cant see it in the dir

I found this, but it says its for B5I files, no B6I sad

a friend of mine bring it to me in a rar file, he uses it with daemon tools in window$ so i need to convert them to iso's smile
