[req] move fvwm-themes-devel, pydb from community

Hi could someone move pydb and fvwm-themes-devel out of community so I may take them over?

I've adopted  pydb so it'll remain in community.
As for fvwm-themes-devel,  there's currently a cleanup going in the community repo so it'll go in unsupported if no TU is interested in it.  Post on the AUR ML, maybe it could bypass the cleanup process.

fvwm-themes-devel is up2date so I see no reasons for it to bypass the cleanup process. If you experience any trouble using it, post a bug on the community bug tracker and I will have a look.
