This is a fingerprint utility for Linux. I've seen it work in Gentoo and it's awesome. You can even swipe your finger in the console!
The base of fprint (they should consider a change of name. C programmers, you know what i'm talking about) is libfprint.
After that comes pam_fprint, that basically, it's what makes the bridge between libfprint and the applications.
This is being developed by Gentoo's Daniel Drake.
