ata2 failure on boot slows the boot

Hi. Some errors on ata2 at the boot time, slows my boot time to 5-7 mins!!!
ata2: port is slow to respond, please be patient is the error.

in ata2 is a cdrom that I don't need, cause I have an external (my pc is laptop). How can I disable to load this module at the boot and to quick up my boot?

Thank you wink
