Romanian keyboard characters [SOLVED]

Help me to set keyboard for romanian charactes.
I try to set  LOCALE="ro_RO.utf8" in rc.conf and <Option    "XkbLayout"    "us,ro" in /etc/X11/XF86Config>, but don't work
I try to set keyboard layout in kde keyboard tool, adding "ro" layout, but don't work too.
Pease help me!

It work, I don't exactly how, but it works!
I make a link of /usr/share/xkb in /etc/X11 (I see that in sbayonlinux /etc/X11/)
I make a text file ".xmodmap", with these content

keycode 38 = a A abreve Abreve
keycode 39 = s S scedilla Scedilla
keycode 31 = i I icircumflex Icircumflex
keycode 28 = t T tcedilla Tcedilla
keycode 24 = q Q acircumflex Acircumflex
keycode 26 = e E EuroSign EuroSign
keycode 115 = Mode_switch

And I put this file in /etc/X11 and in my home directory.
Then I add may "ro" language in kde menu/control center/keyboard layout.
