Bulk Rename

I'm trying to add the 'Bulk Rename' program to my Xfce right click menu, but can't figure out what the terminal command to start the Bulk Rename program is. Could someone enlighten me?

Also, for future use, is there a way in the terminal to show what is being launched and what is happening (e.g. what commands are being run) when you do something using a GUI? For example, if I run the Bulk Rename program using right click menu, can I use the terminal at the same time to show me what is happening?
