unable to install mono-svn package

I downloaded the tarball (which contained the makepkg) from aur and built the package (took forever tongue ). Now when trying to install the package, I get this. This is only about half of it because gnome-terminal only saves so much.

Well, I suppose the obvious question is: Are those files actually on your filesystem already and what package owns them?  My guess is that you have mono installed and this conflicts with it...

yes I do have mono installed, but the real question is: if it conflicts with it as you say, then why does it depend on it??

"depends=('glib2' 'mono')" - taken from the current pkgbuild.

It's an error. Remove mono from the dependencies.
