[Solved] clutter

I would like to start playing with clutter a graphics library that is apparently easy integrate into GTK and has Python bindings. However, I'm struggling to set it up.

I have installed clutter and python-clutter from AUR and have followed this tutorial http://zeta-puppis.com/2007/09/23/an-in … -part-one/ .

However, when I come to part 2 (http://zeta-puppis.com/2007/09/30/an-in … -part-two/) I never get anything but a white window.

Is there anybody who has experience with clutter under Arch?

I found the solution: It doesn't work if compiz is turned on. Had to revert back to metacity.
