Create bootable USB stick for "livecd-amd64-installer-2006.1.iso"

Hello there,
Since my Intel nainboard has some Problems with starting isolinux from CD (the only bootable CDs it could start so far were Ubuntu and Windows XP, while Arch, Gentoo, Knoppix, Pentoo allo together wouldn't start...), I need to create a bootable USB Flash Drive in order to install Arch on that computer.
I tried a HOWTO about the same thing for Damn Small Linux, but it somehow didn't work out for Arch, can someone give me some tips or a usefull link about this?
