Serious upgrage issues

Can someone tell me what's going on with this?  To date I've been able to solve every problem I've had but this one tonight has me stumped, I just can't figure out how or why this is failing.

Just wait for the mirror to fully sync and it will all fix itself.

It says "File Unavailable" on all those. This usually happens when the mirrors are out of sync. Just wait a bit, and bam, it'll work

I had that very suspicion but haven't had it happen yet.  Since Arch is the best distro around but takes much effort to configure I didn't want to have to start over even though that would be taking the easy way out.
