[REQUEST] lambdabot and GOA (ghci on acid)

lambdabot and goa information can be found at http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~dons/lambdabot.html

Basically, lambdabot is an IRC bot written in haskell, and goa is a ghci interface to it.  It enables a number of useful haskell debugging functions, such as hoogle search and pointless/pointfree function refactoring.
