Filesystem check failed

"Please repair manually and reboot." 
This shows when I try to boot up. How do I fix it manually?

"/dev/sda3 contains a file system with errors, check forced.
Error reading block 820098 (Attempt to re ad block from filesystem resulted in short read) while getting next inode from scan."

Boot from the livecd (installation) cd. Once it is booted, instead of typing "archsetup", type "fsck /dev/sda3". It should repair the filesystem, or at least gives you more info on what options to give to fsck.

Usually these error messages indicate a failing hard drive. Have a look at /var/log/messages and/or dmesg and see if you can spot any hdx/sdx dma errors, it will be obvious when you see them. If its failing, don't bother trying to repair the filesystem; it will only degrade the device even more to a potentially unusable state. Instead, backup you data immediately. The sooner the better.

Can´t find anything else with DMA

yeah, it looks like something is up with sda3. I would check the connections and start backing up you data. Then you can explore fixing the problem with fsck. If this is a drive issue, most of the time you should see  these I/O or dma errors within at least 45 minutes after booted into a live cd. Of course its possible block 8200098 is bad and can be fixed but certainly take the necessary precautions to back up you data.

I doubt it´s the connections since it´s a latop. 
But do I just boot with Ubuntu and then run the command "fchk" ?

BACKUP YOUR DATA ASAP!!!

No one can stress this enough. It appears that your hard drive is failing. You can run fsck /dev/sda3 on any linux livecd.

If possible I would try to backup the data without running fsck and then create another backup after running fsck.
