DVD burner no recognized

Hi there. I've two optical drives on my pc box, one of them is an CD-RW burner that works well in my Archlinux. The other drive is an LG DVD burner that is not recognized by Arch (I've switched from ubuntu and in ubuntu works). There is no symlinks to my DVD burner on /dev although there is for the CD-RW (/dev/cdrom, /dev/sr0).

I've no clue where could be the problem, suggestions?

Thanks.

Take a look here: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fstab

You need to add a line to /etc/fstab. You can simply copy/paste the one in the wiki for a DVD-device, but you might wanna leave the read-only-option away.

Zl.
