I have a slight problem with the some panel applets in that they don't show any text or only show random letters (e.g. the text disappears form the clock applet and when I expand the calender it is totally empty of anything.)
I'd post a screenshot but I'm not entirely sure about the rules regarding that here.
This happens on some applets (like the clock) but the cpu frequency applet is fine. It also occurs, seemingly at random in other places (the preferred applications dialogue for instance)
I'm really not sure what to do and have not been able to find anything on the internet so any help would be appreciated.
If you need more info, please ask.
I am running arch64 with compiz-fusion and avant-window-navigator
