Copy & Paste

I use fluxbox and in the past, I could "middle click" to copy and paste into all the entry places.
As mentioned by Phrakture in this thread:  http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=42513
Since the last upgrade using Xorg-servers 1.40.90-3 that no longer works.

Any Ideas?

1.40.90-4 is out, and I can copy and middle click paste as far as I am aware.
