Setting up sudo [Solved]

I'm not sure where to post this

But I'm trying to install the bin32-wine package and it tells me to install and setup sudo.

This is something I've never understood, I know once install ed you use the command visudo but thats about where my knowldge onthe subject stops.

I read the manpage and didn't get any farther to configuring it so I can use it
