If you didn't make any special modifications to /etc/pacman.conf: mv /etc/pacman.conf.pacnew /etc/pacman.conf
In /etc/pacman.d/: rm -f core community current extra release testing unstable ... then put your preferred mirror at the top in mirrorlist
Run pacman -Syy && pacman -Sc.
Install abs (if you want): pacman -S abs.

You don't have to change anything in the mirror list. But if you want, you can move whatever mirror(s) you use to the top of the list. Nothing major on this end has changed. We've just switched from a mirror list for each repo to one central mirrorlist.

Remember to run

pacman -Syy && pacman -Sc

after this this.

If you use Yaourt, AUR, ABS, etc. you will need to get the abs package: pacman -S abs. You may also need to update /etc/makepkg.conf.
