positioning a window by default [solved]

when i open rox it always opens in the top left corner of the screen. i would like to open it in a different place. please help!

Which window manager do you use? I know it's possible using the window rules plugin of compiz fusion, and devilspie will do the job with metacity (the gnome default).

hmmm. I've never used fluxbox, so there's not a lot I can help with.  This
