How to accept Intel wireless license without adding kernel paramenter
Is it possible to accept the Intel wireless license without having to amend my kernel boot parameters? Perhaps a way to accept it permanently? It seems inelegant to me to have to add a boot parameter to my kernel in Grub in order to use my integrated Intel wireless chip.

AFAIK the intel-wireless parameter is only needed when booting from the arch cd, and is not needed for an installed system. I am able to use my Intel 3945 (with iwlwifi and iwlwifi-3945-ucode packages) just fine without the kernel parameter.

You are accepting those terms again when you install the firmware package. Licence file in /lib/firmware/

Ah, whoops, my bad. My card wasn't working and I thought it was because of the license. Turned out to be something else, though. Thanks.
