[REQUEST] 3gp movie wizard
This is a small perl/kommander script that helps you convert almost any movie format to 3gp/mp4, suitable for watching on a modern mobile phones.It should be extremely easy to use, yet thanks to the extremely powerful mencoder and ffmpeg, offer many advanced features.

3pg movie wizard is "ugly" because it provides a feature to download/compile/install a patched ffmpeg without using the package manager. I don't know how to remove this feature, but there is a similar tool in AUR, 3gpconverter. Perhaps you could try this program, first?
