Hi,
I have network problem. It starts after system's upgrade (with pacman -Syu).
Btw, maybe this is wrong, but repositories from wich I'am doing upgrade are: core, extra, testing, comunity and kdemod. Maybe 'testing is a problem?
And this, before upgrade, everithing was OK.
Anyway: here is my rc.conf:

please help me somehow :-(
Offline
I had the same problem. I switched to using dhcp (eth0="dhcp") and it worked fine, though.
Offline
it doesn't help :-/
While updating system I saw that some kernel modules are upgrading... maybe that was problem.
In rc.conf there is:
MODULES=(sk98lin skge slhc ac97_bus snd-mixer-oss snd-pcm-oss...
both (sk98lin and skge) are network modules. I tried to use only one but nothing...
...

i tried, and during boot it says:
Loading network filesystem [FAIL]
Is there a way to roll back system to state before upgrade?
Also, here are some of outputs:

I solved the problem:
#ifconfig eth0 down
#ifconfig eth0 hw 00:00:00:00:00:01
#ifconfig eth0 up
after that from firefox (bon echo) I could log in on my router with http://192.168.1.1
but, (for example) http://www.google.com returns error
Than:
#route add default gw 192.168.1.1
and the problem was solved.
Anyway, I still do not know why all this happend?
And do I need to type these commands every time I boot system?.....
