I had using fluxbox for half year on my arch machine, and i wanted to try kde4, so i installed it from tardo's repo, and then i wished to go back for fluxbox, but after uninstalling kde4, my fonts in fluxbox look very ugly !

Are you sure KDE4 has done this?
KDE should create its own /kde4/ and not replace any existing files, I think this is the case, not 100% certain.
Try cleaning your package cache and reinstalling all the font packages.

besides necessary configurations, files that determine your fonts' appearance are the /etc/fonts/fonts.conf and {HOME}/.fonts.conf if you have one. do not be quick to blame, but i do suppose KDE had modified one of them when it was installed and when it got uninstalled, so did the changes.
I need real, proper pen and paper for this.

Yes...KDE will definitely change your ~/home/.fonts.conf file. This is the likely issue.
