[SOLVED] Firefox fonts all wacked

I just used the Fonts Wiki to get LCD fonts going, have done it numerous times before on Arch install and it has always worked fine. Now it's looking like this, though. All other sites like IMDB, Digg, etc. look fine but using this font, they are this way. :?

Haha.
My Firefox fonts always seemed to use whatever fontconfig used.
I wonder if there's something awry in /etc/fonts/.  Of course those could be fine and be overwritten by your ~/.fonts folder as well, so check if you have your own .fonts/ in your home directory as well.  I wonder if editing 45-latin.conf or 60-latin.conf would help (I always make a .bak file before I change anything on these! XD)
Might be another one, though.... hmm....
Might be a different problem, but sometimes hacking away at those /etc/fonts/conf.avail files seems to help.  I got my Asian fonts the way I like by changing the order in 65-nonlatin.conf (it always prefers the top fonts first).
It looks like non-bolded sanserif fonts are going awry (not sure if the problem is with serif fonts as well, though.  I wonder if the font it's defaulting to doesn't have a bold equivalent.
I have <family>Bitstream Vera Serif</family> as the first line for both files in all categories (except mono is Bitstream Vera Serif Mono).  Do you?

Whaddaya know, after tinkering with a ton of settings I realized I had forgotten to run this very important command from the fonts wiki:

ln -s /etc/fonts/conf.avail/10-autohint.conf /etc/fonts/conf.d/10-autohint.conf

Boom, it looks great now!
