Grip encoder not working

When i go to rip a cd in grip, it says Invalid encoder executable! check your encode config, i looked in my encode config and it didnt look like anything was wrong. I think i might not have the encoders installed.!

I think i might not have the encoders installed.!

This comment led me to believe you didn't.
Lame is all you need - if grip doesn't work then maybe you need to check the config and point it at the lame executable (/usr/bin/lame)
