[SOLVED] How do I autohide the mouse cursor in xorg?

My Google Fu isn't working for me today.  I've found references to autohiding the mouse cursor in xorg, but no examples.  Anyone know the right incantation for xorg.conf?

I'm using the application `unclutter' for this
I added `unclutter -idle 1 -jitter 2 -root &'  to my ~/.xinitrc.
Maybe this is what you want.

From the man page:

unclutter removes the cursor image from the screen so that it does not obstruct the area you are looking at

That's my reason, anyway.

I mostly use the keyboard, so often the mouse cursor is just an eyesore. I can move it out of the way, but why not hide it altogether?

I just wondered.. Why do you want to hide the mouse cursor ?

I like the focus model in Openbox that gives focus to the window the mouse cursor is on, but without raising it, so I can't just stick the mouse cursor out of the way.  And since I use a dark gray theme when I'm working, the mouse cursor is too bright and annoying when it's in my face.
