/tmp not accessible by Default?

Hi, I'm new to Arch, and I want to say.. its GREAT!!
Everything I want can be done in 5min smile

But I have one small question... I installed it like 3 times now.. and I noticed the /tmp folder isn't accessible to regular USERS?
Is it normal??

I tried installing KDE, and GNOME and had a lot of problems because of the /tmp not being available for the user.

I was searching on google, and looks like a LOT of ppl have the same problem.. smile

Yeah, it is a well known bug and will be fixed soon... For the moment just "chmod 1777 /tmp" to fix it.

Good to know I'm not crazy..
Could anybody please make a document explaining this for the new users? It will save a lot of time and avoid frustrations.
