0.2.5 is in staging anyway. Let the mantainer do the dirty work

:oops:  yuck, i am not sure why it doesn't compile, i will look into it shortly.  forgive me. (i think it's my pkg, but i don't know how it got into staging)
ok, there is a problem in the source code itself, yummmm, time to look through some c++ code. if i can fix it, i will, else i will just send a mail over to the developer.

the fix is in 0.2.7 and i included it to extra - enjoy!

-- unfortunately it only had a "#Maintainer: Ben <email>" in it in staging, so i didnt know who is the contributor - if you are the contributor, please pm/email me providing the #Contributor: yourname <youremail>

i also changed the configfile-location to /etc/$pkgname because this is the standard and nothing should be under /usr/etc
