Is there a security mailing list for Arch Linux?

I can't find a mailing list with security announcements for Arch Linux. How do I get the latest security news for Arch Linux? And what about the fixes, does Arch Linux provide fast updates? Most of my machines run Ubuntu and I get used to security information by e-mail and the fast fixes.

There's no particular security mailing list, but problems are posted in the announcements mailing list, in the forums or at the front page.

Fixes are generally provided very fast in the form of an updated package. See this topic for a related discussion.

Whilst in general Arch always uses the most recent versions of a program, be aware that Arch has fewer developers/package maintainers and it *may* (usually it doesn't) take a while for a less popular package to be updated. If the new version contains security fixes, this may be considered a problem.
