need help with regnum online linux client

I downloaded the linux client of regnum online and now when I click on it, it does nothing. I found out by viewing its properties that wine is trying to open it. How do I get it to run on its own?

just run it in the terminal. First u have to make sure its executable, right click properties, then cd to dir and then run the client within the terminal.

cd to the regnum executable and chmod +x it. then launch it with ./regnum

I can't seem to get it to run that way either. I drug the "rolauncher" icon into the terminal and here's what I got.

still can't get the 'rolauncher' to run.

Anyway if you have a problem installing or running this game try this command from the CLI :
G_SLICE=always-malloc ./rolauncher

Found this advice on http://ubuntuforums.org and some other forums via www.google.de
