Can't find channels on hauppage pvr 150 & ivtv

I have hauppage pvr 150 card and i have installed the ivtv drivers, every tv app sees my card ( xawtv, tvtime. mythtv, kdetv) but they can't find any channels.
IVTV modules are loaded. dmesg |grep ivtv gives nothing and i see only white noise.
Anyone knows what may be the problem
