I have written the completion definitions of pacman for fish (http://fishshell.org).
You need to install a new function somewhere in your fish_function_path. The function has a general purpose and you can find it here:
http://www.patroclo7.org/archlinux/fish … n_opt.fish
The completion should be installed somewhere in your fish_complete_path:
http://www.patroclo7.org/archlinux/fish/pacman.fish
Since the policy of fish is to include all the completions in the upstream tarball, I have committed these two files for upstream inclusion. In the meantime (till the next release of fish, but not before tomorrow) there will be a fish-pacman in the AUR.
Comments and corrections more than welcome.

Where are they?

patroclo7 sent em to the developers and they are now included in the fish package by default

Yes, however they should be updated for the latest pacman release (just the newest options are not completed). But I have no time for this atm. If someone has time to send a simple patch but does not feel like sending a darcs patch to the fish mailing list, I can help with this last step, just email me. Otherwise you should wait a bit
