evilwm 1.0.0 patch: adds snapping while moving window with keyboard

The only thing I was really missing in evilwm is window snapping while moving them with keyboard, so here's the patch that adds this feature.

One caveat: as movement is done in 16px steps, this is also maximum snap distance while moving with keyboard. If you set your snap distance to something larger, you'll get 16px snapping while moving windows with keyboard. Snapping while moving with mouse will work normally with snap distance you have set via -snap option.

EDIT: I removed code segments with patch and PKGBUILD as tabs are not preserved so patch copied from there fails. Btw, where can I upload these files?

Have you submitted your work to evilwm? That would be the best option IMO.

I had this thought too, I'll probably e-mail evilwm author one this gets tested a bit more.
