when i log in to xfce, i feel like many setting panel not install, like setting network, time, did i need to install somethings than can setting time, network?

Not sure I understand the question, but you can setup your network in /etc/rc.conf
The clock built into XFCE can be set from the panel. You might have to right-click the panel if the clock isn't already added.
