2 iconsets?

can I use gtkrc to use different iconsets for certain application? e.g. evolution use tango and thunar use mac iconset. will include work?

cp -r Tango Somatic

while root in the usr/share/icons folder. worked ok, still missing some icons...

I think the only real way to merge icon sets is by hand - copying icons in from one theme to another.
Most use symbolic links, so you only have to move a few to change things.
I might start my first GUI program soon which could help make this sort of fiddling with icon themes easier.

But I can't think of a way to force a program to use a specific icon set, other than by themes e.g. in firefox
GTK just sources from one place
