Submit a bug report. It seems that it has been built against the perl package in testing repo. For a quick fix, rebuild it from ABS.

what rebuilding from abs... perl or vim?
btw, i tried to rebuild vim, i get this message:
Number of patches does not match the patchlevel!
Edit the PKGBUILD accordingly!

rebuild vim.
update the _patchlevel variable in the PKGBUILd to the latest number of patches here : ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/patches/7.1/
currently it's 278.
You'll also need to update vi to that patchlevel too. I just submitted the bug report http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/9839 as it wasn't done yet. I'll need to check if its indeed the problem here.

I just checked and vim works fine with the perl in core. Are you using testing? Is your system up-to-date? What perl version are you using?
Offline
No, i'm not using testing. It's an up2date core system.
When i rename my ~/.vim folder, vim works fine
I'm going to rebuild now vi/vim, then i tell you the results.
//Edit
After rebuilding vi/vim/gvim works fine with my scripts in .vim folder.

Are you using plugins? If yes, which ones?
EDIT: Post your answer in the bug report so that the dev who maintains vim will be kept informed in case he doesn't follow this forum thread..
