What plugin are you using to display nicknames on irssi on the right side ?
It is a suite for irssi called Angelic.
Weechat also has this function by default.

You can mimick this with the irssi script "nicklist.pl"

Alright, been on arch a week today, (3rd install, due to my newbness trying xfce, and e17, and breaking x, now I'm back to kdemod for a bit) Regardless I'm really learning a lot, liking Arch, and the community. Thanks to all those who contribute.
Heres a screen shot of pretty much vanilla kdemod, slightly tweaking as I go.
