want aterm to always open in tabs in fluxbox.can i?

hi fluxbox lovers

i really like fluxbox tabs feature.
now my question is can i configure it so that when i open two or more aterm(xterminals) it automatically opens them in single window in tabs.
i know multi-aterm and mrxvt are other terminal options with tab.
but i want to do it in fluxbox way so that other programs that doesnot support tabs, take benefit from it.
