I use ivman + hal + dbus to mount automaticly devices, If I rebood I have no problem with that card reader (recognized well, work well). But If I forgot the cardreader connected to usb for some time (let say 12h) it just stop working than. Also if I remove that it doesnt work any more (until reboot). The module mass storage keep in use from 4 processes (hald-addon-storage: polling /dev/sdb (every 2 sec)). I canot kill these processes in any way!
I also thinking why there is polling in usb card reader (isnt that produce messages through dbus?)
If I disconnect the card reader every time after using that, the problem doesnt appear.
Also there is no dmesg output of this problem after it appears (doesnt see even that I connect an usb device).

Solved. Looks like HW problem. I have borow frinends card reader and let it be there for few days and looks stable. So I have replace that.
