Installed Rainlendar, and it seems to work well, but only as root. I cannot get it to open as user, even though I changed permissions and changed the owner and group settings. I would use it rather than Remind, but I haven't  figured out all the details.

If you have any advice on setup, I would appreciate it.

Looks nice.

But it seems very buggy. I only can start it and change the month displayed.
At all other action (set new task, open the options menu ect.) it crashes. sad
Also I need to klick "refresh" after moving it on the desktop to get it display the correct part of the background.
