I can ping google, and have confirmed that I am online. BTW I am using x86_64 and I just installed it.
I am trying to run pacman -Syu but keep getting errors from nethat.com that I am "not logged in"
Every other server i have tried says 'core.db.tar.gz' from hostnamehere: File unavailable.
Help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hmm. I reinstalled and chose easynews as my pacman mirror. Now everything works. Dunno lol. Thanks man!
I think my initial install may have been corrupt because I had installed while my system was overclocked pretty well by accident.

'core.db.tar.gz' from hostnamehere: File unavailable.
I just installed yesterday.
Today I removed kde and installed kdemod.
I keep getting that same error but it doesn't seem to have harmed anything as I've also installed frostwire, pidgen, gimp, firefox, java, flash and a few other things.
The only problem I'm having is jre doesn't function in Konqueror for one web site.
But then again it doesn't on the other Linux distro I run either.

I checked my /etc/pacman/.conf as I was still getting the same error message today for unstable.
Somehow there was a double entry for the mirror list as well as the mirror I had chosen.
I removed the extra entries and still had the error message.
I commented my mirror of choice for all repo's leaving only the mirror list, resynced and no more error.
