I found this error in my dmesg. My bootup is also kind of slow at the initramfs step. What can I do?

No that wont resolves the "problem".

Some BIOS DSDT table are buggy, which means you can have trouble with acpi on your laptop for example. If it is the case, their exist a way to fix this table yourself, and boot the kernel with that, instead of asking the bios. But since that feature is not part of the vanilla kernel, the patch for "custom dsdt" was applied to Arch's kernel.
Anyway, if you don't know what DSDT is, then you should not be concerned by the message "error, file /DSDT.aml not found"
If your booting is slow, the cause should be somewhere else.
