hey Forum.
Since there's a new MythTV release 0.21, that'll solve several problems about MythTV mythweb etc etc - I would like to get that one build.
BUT I cannot find the old packages from AUR - caurse my setup was from AUR - and would like to build some new packages again for getting the last updates. So where can I find the old PKGBUILD from AUR or isn't it possible anymore ???
I would like to build that and getting it all up running again - also with Flash streaming etc!
So need a little help with the PKGBUILD from one of the old packages!
Thanks
P

Clarify please. You want to build the latest myth release, but you want to do it with old PKGBUILDs? The conventional way to do this is to get the current PKGBUILDs (for the 0.20.2 release) from CVS, and edit as required. Various myth plugins used to be in Community, so you could get their PKGBUILDS from the CVS attic, if that's what you're looking for - but I don't see the point, when the extra packages are currently maintained.

Well - I would really like to get the latest release 0.21 with several corrections for the Mythweb package etc, and a lot of other options!
THat's why I wanted it to bbuild the package since - they aren't available yet here ??? I know al l have other stuff to do beside building packages, that's why I wanted to build the paclkages - så it's possible to get the newest release!

pacman -Ss myth lists all the 0.20.2 packages currently provided in the extra repo. Get the PKGBUILDs and any other build files from CVS, edit them as required, and use ABS to build your own 0.21 packages.
This post is intended to be clearer than my previous post.

Have a look at the PKGBUILDs; they will tell you.
