Graphical boot (fbcondecor, Gensplash etc) and kernel26zen.

Can someone help setting up a graphical boot? Currently I am using kernel 2.6.21 viper and had no problem setting up gensplash etc. What should I do in order to have a graphical boot form the beginning and not only in user level? I have search over the forum and internet but didn't find something helpfull.
