Kernel issue after upgrade

Hello it's my first post on this forum.
I've upgraded my Arch today. Everything went ok, but when I try to reboot there is some error.

ERROR: Failed to parse block device name for '/dev/sda7' unknown.
ERROR: root fs cannot be detected. Try using the rootfstype=...
Root device 'dev/sda7' doesn't exist, attempting to create root device '/dev/sda7'
ERROR: Failed to parse block device name for '/dev/sda7'
ERROR: Unable to create/detect root device '/dev/sda7'

I would like to mentioned that I'm using testing and unstable repo big_smile.

So help me if you can.

Re: Kernel issue after upgrade

if you get a shell try doing

echo /dev/*

to see if the stuff is mapped as sd*.

Anyways you'll probably have to chroot into your install and rerun mkinitcpio, then try again.
