Open Office menu theme problem?

My problem is that menu is like from Win98.How to change that, because every time I change theme on system Open office theme stay the same...I forgot to mention that is only happening in openbox in gnome is normal..

I founded solution after goooooooooooooooooooooggling .Just added this line at the beginning of autostart.sh

export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=gnome

with oo 2.4, export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=kde seems to do nothing.
The only sceme available in Options -> Appearance is OpenOffice.org
