Yea i know. I didnt expect the whole thing to be so "advanced". I just wanted a distro that i had to do more than insert cd and install.Just not so much more hehe

Arch is a fantastic distro, even if it doesn't take too kindly to those new to linux. I have heard of quite a few on these forums that used Arch as their very first distro so it's not unhread of. The above post was just meant to be a heads-up for you. If you perservere it'll pay off in the long run, but right now you may find the learning curve will be a little steep, though nothing a good reader wouldn't be able to deal with. Generally the people here are very helpful, so if you run into any problems don't be afraid to post, no matter how noobish the question may be. Search the wiki and forums too, they're brilliant sources of information.

If you use irc, join #archlinux (on irc.freenode.net) where you'll also get a lot of help.
