getting my network connection up

ok so i need to install the madwifi driver in order to get my network connection up but the thing is i don't have a network connection to paco -A madwifi-blahblah so how do I go about installing the driver? I do have access to the net from another computer so i guess it would be something like going to the repo to download it but which packages(madwifi and dependencies) do I look for?

Re: getting my network connection up

Yes you can just search through a repo online and download the *.pkg.tar.gz files you need. You can then do "pacman -U *.pkg.tar.gz".

The files you'll need are 'madwifi', 'madwifi-utils' and 'wireless_tools' all of which I believe are in [core].

If you're using a recent install CD, madwifi etc is on it.
