Help! I can't install new icons!

Guys/Girls:

I have Gnome running on my Arch, but I can't find the GUI menu that will let me install the icons I downloaded from Gnome-looks. One guide specifically tells me to open Computer > Desktop Preferences > Themes, but there is NO COMPUTER > desktop preferences in my gnome menu. I can put themes under system > preferences > appearance, but there is no install option for icons. WTF?

How do I install new icons?

When the Appearance Preferences window opens, click on the Customize button.  The Customize Theme window has a tab for Icons.
